Jon Batch
Jon is the founder and executive director of 2engage Inc. Jon has over 30 years of ministry and leadership experience, is a published author, husband, and father of four. He has a passion and desire to see people connect and be known. He is all about encouraging, equipping, and inspiring community
Jacob (Jake) Hiltz
Jake is an Army Veteran with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. He has been married to his wife Stefanie for 17 years and they have two wonderful children. Jake enjoys playing basketball, running, eating, and participating in shooting sports. He helps lead a middle school aged young men’s youth group. He is also helping to serve the Lord in a new church plant. Jake strives to be a humble servant of God and is eager to see the Kingdom of God strengthened and increased through the obedient service of 2Engage.
Chris Brown
Chris is the board administrator/secretary of 2Engage Inc. As the secretary, Chris helps support Jon as he impacts our community with God’s love. In Chris’ free time he enjoys completing puzzles and working on his model railroad.
